The Timeline


The first step is to reach out through email, text or website contact forms so that we can get to know each other and ensure we are aligned on timeframe, goals and investment.


Once we’ve received the initial deposit and you’ve signed off on our contract your special day will be reserved on our calendar.

Vision & Design

We will now begin designing a custom vision based on your venue location, the guest experience and all the little details that are important to you. We will also discuss the people, places, foods, music, colours and styles that inspire you. Once we have pulled together a mood board of inspirations that will shape your event, we will begin working on digital sketches and designs to provide you with visual renders and mock-ups of how we will magically transform your space into something breathtaking and authentic to you.

Logistics & Planning

Drawing on our vast network of experienced creatives in the events industry, we will put together an extremely talented and skilled team to help bring the vision to life. Our team will manage logistics large and small, from timelines, schedules and everything else in between.


The day where the magic happens has arrived! You’ve seen it all on paper and now you get to watch as it all unfolds in real life. Our team will be on-site ensuring all the carefully thought out plans are put into place while overseeing the set-up, design installation and pack-down on the day. And the overall result?
